Processing time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During launches and holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you posted.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship via USPS and UPS with tracking on every order.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International customers, please contact us at info@rifqasnaturalsolutions.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or something isn’t right, email us at info@rifqasnaturalsolutions.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
